Emergency services in Russia’s Krasnoyarsk Territory announced on Tuesday a storm warning for the Black Sea port of Novorossiysk, RIA Novosti said.
“Between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Moscow time, a northeast wind with speeds of 35-38 meters per second is expected to hit Novorossiysk,” the statement said.
The country’s emergencies ministry said damage may be caused to port buildings and vessels in the area, as well as to communications infrastructure.
