The Grand Mufti of the Caucasus Allahshukur Pashazadeh congratulated the Azerbaijani people on Nowruz, Trend reports.
He wished them welfare, joy and good days. The Grand Mufti expressed confidence that Nowruz will also be celebrated well in Nagorno-Karabakh.
