The Russian Investigation Committee charged Doku Umarov and Aslan Byutukayev with the terrorist attack at Domodedovo International Airport in Moscow on January 24, 2011, the official spokesman of the committee Vladimir Markin said, RIA Novosti reports.
They will be charged with organizing an armed group or a militant community.
