The mayor’s office of Yerevan has announced on April 1 that all the state nurseries in the city have become free of charge, News Armenia cites the mayor’s office as saying.
25,200 children attend nurseries. Free nurseries will increase the figure by 2%.
The mayor’s office said that pre-school education centers with children under 3 should only have 15-20 children, while ones with children aged 3-6 should have 25-30 children.
