New territories included in Batumi

Batumi has grown again and its territory now covers 6 500 hectares, Georgia Online reports.

New residential areas are Chakvi, Kveda, Sameba, Urekhi and Ferii, as well as villages Indzhalo, Todogauri, Shavlidzeebi, a part of Makhvilauri and Makho. The reason for expanding the territory of the city is the future prospect of development.

Facilities which will be built in new territories can attract investments.
