Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the state youth program for 2011-2015, 1news.az reports.
Azerbaijan brings its youths up based on the principles of patriotism, Azerbaijanism, statehood and respect for historical-cultural heritage, the Azerbaijani people, spiritual and human values, active public and political life, social-economic and cultural life and use of intellectual and creative potential.
The president ordered his administration to provide a working group for the program in 10 days and preparation of the program in 2 months, according to point 3 of article 109 of the Constitution.
