World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue continues its work in Baku

The World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue continued its work in Baku on Friday on the subject "Women as key members of intercultural dialogue."

The co-chairs of the session are President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mekhriban Aliyeva and Director of Cultural and Intercultural Dialogue Katerina Stenou. On the agenda of the session is a paper by a UN Convention expert on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW), Pramila Patten.

Among the participants of the session are the chairman of the Azerbaijani State Committee on Family, Women and Children, Hijran Huseynov, Deputy Chair of the Federation Council of Russia Svetlana Orlova, Mayor of the 7th district Rachida Dati, the director of the American Center for Intercultural Dialogue Wendy Leeds-Urvitts and others.
