Azerbaijan will simplify mortgage terms for young families, the Deputy Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports, Intigam Babayev, told journalists, Trend reports.
The program will address the social problems of Azerbaijani youth, he said.
"It will be a program of social development for young people. It will reflect and facilitate the issuing of social mortgages. The amount allocated to social mortgages today does not correspond with the real estate market." Babayev noted.
