The Education Ministry of Azerbaijan declared that from this year high schools will hire teachers under new regulations, Trend reports.
The practice of job placement will be abolished. From now on, all graduates of pedagogic institutes will submit e-resumes and will be informed of all available positions. This new scheme will hopefully assure the necessary level of competence of future teachers.
