Armenia considers victory in World War II to be common USSR heritage

Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian regards the victory in the Great Patriotic War as the common heritage of the peoples of the former Soviet Union, News-Armenia reports.
 
"May 9 is our common holiday, the day of our shared memory of how we fought together, worked together, together went to victory. The victory in the Great Patriotic War is the common heritage of all peoples of the former Soviet Union and the Allies, who made a decisive contribution to liberating the world from Nazism," the Foreign Minister of Armenia said during a reception dedicated to Victory Day at the Russian embassy.
