Car explosion in Kaspiysk

An explosion occurred on Monday morning in a car in the Dagestani city
of Kaspiysk. It is supposed that the explosion was caused by a
suicide-bomber, a representive of the border directorate of Russia’s
Federal Security Service told RIA Novosti.
According to initial information, apart from the suicide-bomber,
nobody was killed or injured
