Makhachkala court discharges journalists accused of hate crime

 

The Lenin court of Makhachkala has discharged the chief editor and four journalists of the "Chernovik" magazine, who were accused of hate crime, RIA Novosti reports.

According to the prosecution, the journalists were calling upon their readers to commit crimes against representatives of the law-enforcement agencies.

The court found no evidence of any hate crime.
