The History Faculty of the Moscow State University named after
Lomonosov has held a diploma defense of Mekhdiyeva Ulker, who carried
out research to the contribution of the Heydar Aliyev Fund to the
development of youth and education projects of Azerbaijani communities
in Russia.
It is the first such work on the fund's activities in Russia and
Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Fund, Leyla Aliyeva, who
contributed to strengthening Russian-Azerbaijani ties.
The graduation work of Mekhdiyeva Ulker received the highest marks.
Other graduation works on Russian-Azerbaijani relations will be
presented in the near future.
Alexey Vlasov, Deputy Dean of the History Section of the Moscow State
University, has been the scientific supervisor of the works.
