The Chancellor of Saint Tikhon's Orthodox University, archpriest Vladimir Vorobyev, visited Georgia on May 9-15, at the invitation of the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, Ilya II, Georgia Online reports.
Vorobyev took part in the IV international congress “Georgian residents of Athos and Christian civilization”. He also met with Ilya II and discussed issues of scholarly cooperation between Saint Tikhon’s University and Georgia's Saint Andrew's University.
