Road between Armenia and Iran damaged by landslide

The Yerevan-Kajaran-Megri interstate highway connecting Armenia and
Iran has been damaged by a landslide caused by heavy rain, News.am
cites the press-secretary of the Armenian Ministry of Transport and
Communication Susanna Tonoyan as saying.


A temporary road is being used along the Megri River. The ministry
recommended the Kapan-Tsav-Shvanidzor-Megri road.


The road was damaged at the 365th km mark.
