Karachay-Cherkessia opened 18 health-improvement camps in the
Prokhladnensky district on June 6, Yuga.ru reports.
The camps were organized based on middle education centers of the
district. 828 pupils aged 6 and a half to 15 will spend 21 days in the
camps this year.
Nadezhda Shubina, a leading specialist of the local education
directorate, said that organization of recreation for children and
teenagers from low-income families is a priority this year. Special
attention was paid to comfort and security.
The leader of Karachay-Cherkessia, Rashid Temrezov, ordered the prime
minister to organize food and security for the children.
