The law-enforcement agencies in Dagestan have forced a militant to surrender, Yuga.ru reports.
The militant was surrounded in a house in Makhachkala. He was armed. After talks with the police he decided to surrender. The identity of the militant has not been yet revealed, RIA Novosti reports.
