8,000 consumers in Kakheti have been left without electricity and TV
broadcasting. The power cut shut down TV towers in the Tsivi Mountain
and Lagodekhsky districts, Georgia Online reports.
The main damage occurred in the Telavsky and Lagodekhsky districts,
caused by heavy winds. Restoration of energy has already begun. The
authorities cannot clarify when the power will be restored.
