Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has expressed concern with courts that
give mild sentences to terrorists and has demanded reconsideration of
courts' attitude, RIA Novosti reports.
Kadyrov mentioned instances of judges and juries making acquittal
verdicts, such as in the Magomadov brothers' case. The brothers killed
four police officers and there is evidence of their actions, yet they
were released by a jury, the Chechen leader said.
Those who do not punish terrorists are violators themselves.
Supporters of terrorists are terrorists themselves, Kadyrov declared.
