Parliamentarians of Stavropol amended the regional law on administrative violations on Thursday. The amendments ban minors from night clubs and entertainment venues after 22:00, RIA Novosti reports.
Some deputies have questioned the wording of the amendments which prohibits teenagers from visiting “dangeours” night clubs or cafes even in the company of their parents or relatives. The rest of the deputies are sure that minors have nothing to do in drinking establishments and nightclubs after 22.00.
