Investment in Iran increased by 20 per cent

Total investment in Iran increased by 20 per cent within the past year, Iran.ru reports.

The Minister of Economy and Finance of the Islamic Republic, Shamseddin Hoseini, addressing the Third International Conference on Investment Prospects for East Azerbaijan Province said that total investment in the country's economy increased from $1670 million to $3620 million. He also underlined the 20 per cent increase in the total investment in the country during the last year.
