The LISI Development Company has presented the first stage of construction of the Green City district, which is close to Lake Lisi, the Tbilisi lake. The initial cost of the investment project is $100 million, Georgia Online reports.
Lisi is an ecological town within the city. It has a recreational infrastructure, which will connect Lake Lisi with residential areas.
The first stage of the Lisisubani project begins in July 2011 and will be finished in 2012.
