Russian Plenipotentiary Envoy to the North Caucasian Federal District,
Alexander Khloponin, said on Wednesday that a complex program to fight
extremism will be developed, Interfax reports.
Khloponin's deputy, Vladimir Shvetsov, said in Yessentuki on Wednesday
that almost all structures, even publicity, are involved in the
process. He believes that there are problems in legislature and
preventive measures.
Shvetsov said that 135 cases of extremism were registered in 2004, 655 in 2011.
