Roads to the city of Abadan in Turkmenistan have been closed due to a
fire and explosions at a warehouse containing fireworks, RIA Novosti
reports.
There have been no injuries or severe damage, authorities say.
Western media and human rights activists say that the blast happened
at an ammo depot.
Abadan is located 20 km west of Ashkhabad. Locals from houses near the
warehouse were evacuated.
