Russian FSB Chief Alexander Bortnikov reported to President Dmitry
Medvedev that a major transport terrorist attack had been prevented
and four suspects had been detained, RIA Novosti reports.
The terrorist group of 4 arrived from the North Caucasus. They had an
improvised bomb equivalent to 10 kg of TNT, weapons and a scheme for
the terrorist attack. The detained suspects made confessions.
Medvedev ordered the FSB to complete investigation procedures.
