Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has signed a decree on establishment of the university of the North Caucasian Federal District, he said at a meeting with his envoy to the district Vice-President Alexander Khloponin.
First students will begin studies in September 2012. About 7 billion rubles will be financed by 2015, 6 billion of the some from the federal budget and 1 billion from the region and business.
