Investigation proves links between terrorists Victor Dvorakovsky and Vladimir Petrosyan

An investigation has proven links between suicide-bomber Victor
Dvorakovsky and his recruiter Vladimir Petrosyan, who was arrested in
Stavropol Territory, Nikolai Olekhnovich, acting chief of the Main
Directorate of the Russian Interior Ministry. said, ITAR-TASS reports.


Petrosyan has already been sentenced for illegal trafficking of
explosives and threats to organize terrorist attacks. He was sentenced
to 4.5 years imprisonment.


52-year-old Petrosyan was arrested at the Lysogorskaya Cossack village
in the Georgiyevsky District of Stavropol Territory in late April
2011. Victor Dvorakovsky was arrested at the village of Inozemtsevo in
Stavropol Territory on July 14. He was injured while trying to
activate a second improvised bomb.
