The upper deck of the “Bulgaria” ship appeared on the surface, ITAR-TASS reports.
"Bulgaria" was on the tour from the town of Bulgar to Kazan and sank in the Kuibyshev Reservoir on July 10.
The exact number of people is unknown. According to some sources, there were 201 people on board, some passengers were not registered. 79 people were rescued. At the moment, the death of 114 people has been confirmed, eight are still missing.
