Azerbaijan has announced fire warnings for its forests, Trend Life reports.
High temperature and heat may cause forest fires, head of the
Department for Forests of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural
Resources, Sabig Salmanov, said.
Locals and tourists were urged to spend less time in forests. Special
services were formed to monitor the forests and provide fire security.
High fire risks will remain until October.
