Head of Chechnya congratulates Muslims on Ramadan

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov has congratulated Chechen Muslims
on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan, Yuga.ru reports.

"This month is a test of strength of our faith and charity in our
hearts, purity of our intentions and nobility of our actions. This is
the best time for atonement as well as spiritual and moral
purification. That is why millions of Muslims meet this month with
enthusiasm," Kadyrov's congratulatory note states.
