Moscow to close down trading centers that fail to meet anti-terrorist security

The center of Moscow will have all trading centers that fail to fulfil
anti-terrorist security measures closed down, ITAR-TASS reports.


The decision was made by the prefect of the Central Administrative
District, Sergey Baydakov, at a meeting with major trading officials.


Owners of major trading and recreation centers were recommended to
prepare programs for additional security measures, fire security,
information and purchase special equipment. Each center is to have
information stands with telephone numbers of the police, Emergencies
Ministry and the person responsible for security in the building.


An anti-terrorism commission plans to equip trading centers with
security means in August.
