The Krasnodar Territory will present resort and real estate projects
at the Sochi-2011 International Investment Forum, Yuga.ru reports.
This includes a golf field in Anapa, construction of cottages, tennis
grounds, cafes, restaurants and a horsing field worth 5 billion
rubles.
Another project is the Zhemchuzhny Hotel in Gelendzhyk worth 1.4
billion rubles with 4-star rooms, restaurants, a business center,
sports rooms, SPA-center.
A project was proposed for Temruke, including construction of a city
segment consisting of a coastal area, hotels, recreation facilities
worth 1.4 billion rubles.
The region will be presented at the at the 10th Sochi forum on
September 15-18, among 1700 investment projects.
