Azerbaijani youth to help starving in Somalia

A number of Azerbaijan citizens have responded to the call launched by the OIC Youth Forum to help the starving in Somali, 1news.az reports.

In the first day of the campaign, Azerbaijani citizens have sent to charity 5600 AZN.

The OIC Youth Forum launched the international humanitarian campaign to help the Somali people facing severe food shortages and famine.

The main goal of the campaign is to coordinate the help for Somalians, and organize a centralized and transparent system of fund-raising and delivery of funds collected to the needy citizens in Somalia.
