Moscow City Court reversed a decision by Zamoskvoretsky Court on releasing the world champion in mixed martial arts Rasul Mirzayev on a bail of 5 million rubles, RIA Novosti reports.
It was stated that Zamoskvoretsky district court broke proceeding legislation during adoption the decision on releasing on bail. The judge didn’t consider possibility of leaving the country by Merzayev.
Merzayev will now stay behind bars until August 26th.
