Head of the Russian Mufti Council Ravil Gaynutdin said that the Moscow
Cathedral Mosque is a historic monument, but lacks a foundation and
the ceilings are made of plywood, Moskovskaya Pravda reports.
The building will be reconstructed, Gaynutdin said.
