Studies at the new school year will start at 08.30 in Yerevan. Gyane Sogomonyan, head of the department for general education of the Yerevan Mayor’s Office, said that the new schedule would reduce traffic, Armenia Today reports.
She noted that schools in Yerevan will operate 5 days a week. Kindergartens will start children reception from 8.30 until 10.30 am.
Higher education centers will start studies at 09.30.
