Kazakhstan is marking Constitution Day today, Trend reports.
It is the 16th anniversary of the Kazakh Constitution. It is based on
rights and freedom of people, equality of citizens, interethnic and
social consent and partnership, Senate Speaker Kayrat Mami said.
A military parade will be held at the Kazak Yeli monument. A new
uniform will be demonstrated.
