Presidential envoy congratulates Caucasus Muslims

The Russian presidential envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District congratulated Muslims on Uraza-Bayram.

"This holiday has a great moral background, it celebrates clemency and forgiveness that are important for any human being and not only for a Muslim. That especially important for the today's Caucasus," envoy Alexander Khloponin said.
