Krasnodar will build a memorial complex for police officers who have
died on duty, initiated by veterans and graduates of the Krasnodar
University of the Interior Ministry, Yuga.ru reports.
Sculptor L. Kovtun and Architect V. Karpychev have already come up
with a design. Construction will be organized from donations of the
local police, the university and individuals.
