An unidentified assailant attacked a spokesman of the Chechen
president in Yekaterinburg in the Sverdlovsk Region on Monday night,
RIA Novosti reports.
A young man shot Salautdin Mamakovofficial at 19.45. The spokesman is
in a satisfactory condition. The police believe that the assailant
escaped by car.
