Flooding in Azerbaijan: water level decreasing

Over the last twenty-four hours water levels have been decreasing in
the Kura and Araz rivers. APA reports that the Kura's level is 412 cm in Gyrag
Kyasyamyan, which is 4 cm lower than before. In Yevlakh, the water
level is 366 cm, a decrease of 29 cm, but in the Zarbabsk area it has
increased and now stands at 770 cm
