One border gurad was killed and two injured today as the result of a road mine exploding under a column of vehicles in the Tsuntinski region of Dagestan, RIA Novosti reports, referring to a source in the region's law-enforcement bodies.
"An incident occurred at 14:10 Moscow Time on the Mezhdureche-Khupri highway. An unknown individual detonated an explosive device of unknown origin as a column of three border guard vehicles of the Dagestani security services was passing", the source said.
