The Kaspiy forum has concluded its educational program, RIA Dagestan reports.
The forum held four educational platforms: a platform for tolerance in the youth sphere, formation of Russian identity, promotion of social activities among youth and inter-ethnic and interconfessional dialogue.
Patimat Omarova said that the forum also allows interethnic tensions to be managed. The educational program included round-table discussions, themed conferences, training sessions and seminars where teachers and students exchanged views and talked with leading researchers of education.
The head of one of the platforms, Timur Gusayev, noted high activity. He expected fewer visitors to arrive after the Seliger and Mashuk forums. The Kaspiy-2011 forum will officially close today. Dagestani President Magomedsalam Magomedov will arrive for the closing ceremony.
