Second Russian plane carrying humanitarian aid arrives in Turkey

A second Russian Emergencies Ministry plane has arrived in Turkey’s Erzurum, Interfax reports.


The Il-76 landed at the airport of Erzurum at 13.00. It carried 156 tents for homeless people and tents for 30 people each.


The cargo weighs 37 tons, the Russian ministry said.
