The honorary parade for the 70th anniversary of the march of 1941 was concluded about an hour ago. About 6,000 people and dozens of military vehicles of the Great Patriotic War were involved.
Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin made a speech to hundreds of veterans. They sang the Moscow anthem written by M. Lisyansky to the music of I. Dunayevsky, Interfax reports.
The march ended with the legendary T-34s passing, followed by motorcycles, armored vehicles and artillery units such as the Katyusha.
