The seventh international conference "Adapting to Climate
Change, Challenges and Opportunities in the Caucasus" has begun in Tbilisi.
The conference was opened by the Minister of Environment of Georgia Goga Khachidze
and Deputy Ambassador Boris Yaroshevich EU, reports Trend.
The event was attended by Ambassador of the Netherlands Jan Peter
Langenberg, Swiss Ambassador Gunter Behler and general manager of
nature, landscapes and forests of the Government of Liechtenstein
Felix Nesher.
The conference discussions touched the climate change, natural, human
and social factors. The event was attended by the representatives of
various ministries, international organizations and NGOs.
