Bombing attempt prevented in Kazakh city

Another bombing attempt was prevented in the Kazakh regional centre of Taraz, after several attacks hit the central part of Taraz on Saturday, Kazinform reports.

Several explosions occurred in the city of Taraz this morning, the operational service officer of the Zhambyl regional police told Kazinform.

All explosions occurred in the central part of the city - near the building of Zhambyl region's national security committee, the Civil Registry Office in central square, the building of the regional governor's office and the central grocery store.
