Jurgen Pits, Director General of Azerfon (a trademark of Nar Mobile and Azerfon-Vodafone), has requested the State Administration for Management of Radio Waves to coordinate mobile networks on the border districts with Iran, abc.azreports.
There have been problems in Nakhchyvan, for instance, caused by Iranian mobile operators. This requires technologies to prevent signals of Iranian operators entering Azerbaijan. Users are recommended to turn off automatic link search and use a fixed net.
