Preparations for New Year launched in Chechnya

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has issued orders for New Year's celebrations, Yuga.ru reports citing the press service of the republic's leadership as saying.

Kadyrov noted that every Chechen child should receive a gift. Particular attention should be paid to children from poor families, orphans,  disabled as well as children of deceased police officers, Kadyrov stressed.
