Prosecutor general Taymuraz Khugayev’s house in South Ossetia was attacked with an anti-tank grenade launcher at about 5 am, a whole with diameter of 30 cm was left, ITAR-TASS reports.
The prosecutor general’s apartment is on the second floor of a 5-storey building in Tskhinvali. Witnesses say that the shot was made from a corner of the nearby building.
Th organizer of the attack is unknown. Khugayev said today that the security services had had information on the possibility of such attack. He added that his wife and two children were not harmed.
